  1. Is the RM 10 card registration fee refundable if I decide to cancel my card(s)?
    No, the RM 10 fee is not refundable. Back to top
  2. How do I cancel my card?
    You will need to fill in an eCosway Rewards Card Cancellation Form (available at all Redemption Centres, and for download as a 26K Adobe® PDF file) and submit it together with your card to any Redemption Centre. Back to top
  3. Can I register for a new Rewards Card after I have cancelled my card?
    Yes, you will be allowed to register for a Rewards Card if the annual charge for your card has been fully settled. All you will need to do is follow the normal registration procedure. If the annual charge was not fully settled for your cancelled card, the annual charge balance will be brought forward and added to the annual charge of your new card.
