  1. What is the eCosway Rewards Card?

  1. What is the eCosway Rewards Card?
    The eCosway Rewards Card is a unique loyalty card issued by eCosway that allows the principal cardholder who is an eCosway Business Owner or VIP Shopper to receive 'rewards' in the form of eVolume (eV) and Card Value Points (CVPs).

    CVPs or eV are generated whenever the relevant principal and supplementary cardholders shop or dine at any of the Cash-In Merchants nationwide. This program is a collaboration with iSynergy, an organization that specializes in loyalty card processing services. Back to top
  2. How do I get an eCosway Rewards Card?
    You must be an eCosway Business Owner or a VIP Shopper to be a principal Rewards Cardholder. To get the card, just fill in the eCosway Rewards Card Registration Form (available at all Cosway Redemption Centres), and submit it together with a RM 10 registration fee to the nearest Redemption Centre. You can also download the form here (23K Adobe® PDF file). Four weeks after your form submission, present your eCosway Rewards Card Registration Receipt at the same Redemption Centre to collect your eCosway Rewards Card.

    You can also register for supplementary cards for your family members and friends. There is no limit to how many supplementary cards you can register for but you will need to pay a RM 10 registration fee for each card. Back to top
  3. Can Cardholders register for additional supplementary card(s) AFTER they have submitted their registration form for a principal card with / without supplementary card(s)? If so, how?
    Yes. Cardholders can register for additional supplementary card(s) at any time by filling in the Business Owner / VIP Shopper ID of the Principal Cardholder, name(s) of the supplementary card registrant(s) and providing a contact number (so we can call if necessary) on the eCosway Rewards Card Registration Form.   4. Can a Business Owner / VIP Shopper submit the eCosway Rewards Card registration on behalf of his / her downlines in the form of email or on paper instead of separate registration forms for each registrant ?
    Submission via email is not acceptable but you can submit the registration details on paper as long as the details of each registrant given are complete and correct. Please note that there is a 22-character limit for each name. Details required are:
    • Name and ID of eCosway Business Owner / VIP Shopper
    • Contact number
    • Name(s) of supplementary cardholder(s)
    You can collect the cards from the same Redemption Centre four weeks after you have submitted the details. Back to top
  5. If  husband and wife are both principal cardholders, can the husband register a supplementary card for his wife under his own ID?
    Yes, but the supplementary cardholder should be aware that any eV or CVPs earned by a supplementary card transaction goes to the principal cardholder's account. Back to top
  6. Can a Business Owner / VIP Shopper collect the eCosway Rewards Card on behalf of his downlines? If yes, what are the procedures?
    Yes. Just present the downlines’ eCosway Rewards Card Registration Acknowledgement Receipts at the same Redemption Center where the registration details were submitted. Back to top
  7. I am a VIP Shopper who just got converted to Business Owner status. I did not register for the card when I was a VIP Shopper, but I want to register for the card now. Can I? What is the procedure?
    Yes. Just fill in and submit the eCosway Rewards Card Registration Form at any Redemption Centre. You can also download the form here (23K Adobe® PDF file) and submit to any Redemption Centre. You may collect your card at that same Redemption Centre after four weeks.

    However, newly converted Business Owners are advised to wait between 3 and 5 days before registering for the card to ensure that their new Business Owner status has been updated in the system. Back to top
  8. Can I register myself for a few supplementary cards with the same principal cardholder’s name?
    No. You cannot use the same name from a principal card on any supplementary cards. However, you can register your friends and family members for the supplementary cards using their own names. You will need to pay RM 10 for each supplementary card you register. Back to top
  9. What happens if a Business Owner / VIP Shopper uses his ID to register for the eCosway Rewards principal card at Redemption Centre A and then registers for another principal card using that same ID at Redemption Centre B?
    The system will not allow the second registration to go through. It will detect that the ID has already been used to register the first principal card. A Business Owner / VIP Shopper is allowed to hold only one principal card, and only one principal card registration is allowed per ID. Back to top
  10. Will I be sent a card renewal reminder when my eCosway Rewards Card expires?
    The eCosway Rewards Card will expire 5 years after its issuance (month of expiry is printed on card) and a card renewal reminder will be sent to the principal cardholder then.

    Supplementary cards are not cancelled due to non-usage, but if a principal card is not renewed or is cancelled for any reason, all supplementary cards will be automatically cancelled. Back to top
