    The eCosway Rewards Card is accepted at shops displaying either one of the following Cash-In Merchant stickers:

    New Cash-In Merchant window sticker
    New version
    Old Cash-In Merchant window sticker
    Old version

  2. How does one use the eCosway Rewards Card at participating merchants’ outlets?
    Present the card to the participating Cash-In Merchant when you pay for purchases. The merchant will obtain the approval code from iSynergy and then produce a Receipt Slip for the transaction (via an EDC terminal or manual imprint). You and the merchant will both sign the Receipt Slip. Make sure you receive and keep the Receipt Slip for future verification if required. Back to top
  3. Is Cosway or eCosway a Cash-In Merchant?
    No, neither Cosway nor eCosway is a Cash-In Merchant. Maximum eV and Shopper Rewards are already given to you from within our own system when you purchase from Cosway and eCosway. Back to top
  4. Can the eCosway Rewards Card be used overseas?
    No, the card is only accepted in Malaysia at the present time. Back to top
  5. What happens if a Cash-In Merchant does not accept the Rewards Card?
    If you are at the Cash-In Merchants’ premises during office hours (i.e. between 9 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday, except public holidays), immediately notify the Cash-In Customer Service Department at 03-2166 5033 and you will be advised on your next course of action.

    After business hours, you can choose to proceed and pay for your purchase but you MUST obtain a receipt for your payment from the merchant if you are paying by cash or cheque. It is very IMPORTANT that you keep this receipt or the credit card payment slip (if you paid by credit card) for verification by iSynergy. Without this receipt or the credit card payment slip, neither iSynergy nor eCosway would be able to assist you. Thereafter, at the earliest opportunity during office hours, call the Cash-In Customer Service Department to inform them about your problem and you will be advised on your next course of action. You can also email your enquiry to cs@isynergy.com.my and cc the email to customerservice@ecosway.com. If you made a purchase, please include your email, the name and location of the merchant, your phone number, your eCosway Rewards Card Number, the amount paid, and the date and mode of your payment.

    After iSynergy has verified your transaction with the merchant, the transaction will be updated on your eCosway or Cosway account and the update will be reflected on the eCosway Rewards Transactions Statement or Cosway Bonus Statement (where applicable). Back to top
